Context Bridge Works ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if provided), and the message you send. The form is processed by Formspree on our behalf; their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Concierge conversations. When you use the chat widget on this site, your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic does not train models on this data per their commercial terms. We may retain conversation transcripts to improve the bot and understand what prospects ask about. We do not associate transcripts with your identity unless you provide identifying details inside the conversation.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect personal data or cross-site tracking signals. We see aggregate page views, referrers, and country-level location.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs request metadata such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamps for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and not used to build profiles of visitors.

How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries you send us.
• To improve the concierge bot and our site content.
• To protect the site against abuse, spam, and security threats.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third parties that process data on our behalf are listed above: Formspree (form submissions), Anthropic (chat inference), and Cloudflare (hosting and analytics).

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have given us via the contact form on this site. If you want to use the site without the concierge widget transmitting data, simply don't open it.

Cookies

We do not set any tracking or advertising cookies. The site uses no cookies at this time. If that changes, this page will be updated.
